At Gordon Harris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
