Horadam Naturals from Schmincke are 16 colours exclusively from natural earth pigments and plant resins and extracts, bound in Gum Arabic to offer the natural fusion of watercolour and gouache. These water-based paints are fully resoluble, have good lightfastness, and are 100% vegan.
Horadam Naturals have the feel and look of a pre-19th Century paint too. They handle like a gouache: able to be painted as a body-colour or thinned to a wash; you have greater control over the colour when painting wet-in-wet, and they dry to a matte finish.
